NAWJ Member Benefit - ABA Group Membership

Have you been meaning to join the American Bar Association and have not due to cost or lack of time? NAWJ can make this process easy and less expensive ($50 savings)  through our new ABA Group Membership.

If you are a current member of the ABA, you may convert your membership to the group membership before your next ABA dues cycle. Those whose ABA renewal date is June through September may begin renewing their ABA dues now through NAWJ.  Those whose renewal date is between October and May and want to take advantage of the NAWJ Group membership must submit payment for your ABA dues by August 15th. 

How it works:

NAWJ will need  five non - ABA membership to join ABA through the group membership before admitting current ABA members to renew through the group membership. Following the initial group of new people joining, anyone can join or renew ABA through the group membership rate.

ABA Membership Provides: Up to 650 titles of CLE programs free valued at over $1,950, and exclusive content from the Law Practice and General Practice Divisions valued at $110. Just one of the ways that we’re increasing the value of ABA membership and advancing the legal profession. The ABA Journal, a monthly legal trade magazine and the flagship publication of the American Bar Association; complemented on the Internet with the ABA Journal Online site and the ABA Journal eReport newsletter.

Cost:

The normal annual dues for individual members of the ABA are $150 plus $35 Judicial Division dues, for a total of $185.

As a group member through NAWJ, you pay only $135 to join both the ABA and the Judicial Division - a savings of $50.
 
You are also eligible to join other Sections and Divisions at the regular rate.
