Hon. Joan Churchill Has Article Published in ABA's Annual Year in Review

The ABA’s Annual Year in Review, which has just been issued, contains an article contributed by NAWJ Past President Joan Churchill, Immigration Judge (ret).   The article is entitled "Mounting Momentum for Independent Article I Immigration Court.”   The article can be located in Vol. 55 at pages 461-470.   It can be found online here at page 476.  The Year in Review is an annual publication of the ABA Section of International Law. The volume just released covers International Legal Developments  for 2020. Judge Churchill chairs the NAWJ Immigration Committee, and serves on the steering committee of the Immigration Committee of the ABA’s International Law Section.
